Semsi Rakici is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Building Construction at Georgia Institute of Technology. She completed her Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Western Michigan University in 2022. She received her bachelor's and master's degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Turkey. Her research area includes fracture and multiphysics simulations
