International Students

In order to be eligible for an I-20 visa for travel and study in the United States you are required to provide proof of funds to cover the cost of education and living expenses in the United States for a minimum of one year. Please visit the Bursar’s website for additional information regarding tuition and fees at Georgia Tech, http://www.bursar.gatech.edu/content/tuition-fees.

If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and wish to be considered for financial aid, you must complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) through the Georgia Tech Office of Student Financial Aid. Please visit their website at www.finaid.gatech.edu for additional information. Answering “yes” to the question regarding financial aid on the application for admission DOES NOT constitute application for Institute Financial Aid. You will still need to complete the FAFSA in order to be considered for any aid through Georgia Tech.
