Trust and Innovative Delivery Systems
We research collaborative and innovative project delivery and contracting strategies—such as Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and Flash Tracking—that promote integration, enhance efficiency, and significantly reduce project duration. Our work has led to the development of a Flash Track Readiness Assessment Toolkit, sponsored by CII and GDOT, as well as a scheduling assistant toolkit designed to improve risk allocation and execution efficiency in projects.
