Hardware Requirements

Students in the School of Building Construction use graphically intensive applications to complete major-specific assignments, in addition to Microsoft Office for other coursework. Given these demands, the following computer specifications are required:

Purpose: Building Information Modeling (BIM), rendering, simulation software.

Purpose: Tool for reading and marking up drawings, performing quantity takeoff.

Purpose: Scheduling software.

Navisworks Manage
Purpose: Project coordination, 4D simulation, quantity take-off.
