Keynote Speaker
Dr. Kofi Smith, CEO at Keystone Management
Dr. Smith, founder and CEO of Keystone Management, LLC., previously led the Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company (AATC) from 2010-2020, overseeing the world-renowned Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. His leadership earned AATC a spot among Atlanta's "Top 20 Best Places to Work" and himself a title as one of the city's "Most Admired CEOs". An alumnus of Georgia Tech, he also holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Georgia State University, having researched ways to enhance airport services. In 2021, he initiated Keystone Management, a vast facility management firm operating in five states. Apart from his business pursuits, Dr. Smith lectures at the School of Building Construction and serves on multiple boards, emphasizing his commitment to community and leadership.

Eddie Stewart, Chairman & CEO at Caddell Construction
Eddie has a rich and varied construction career spanning more than 43 years. He earned a B.S. in Building Construction from Georgia Tech and was a member of the 1983 founding team at Caddell. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Estimating and Purchasing, Executive Vice President, President & Chief Operating Officer, and his current role as Chairman / Chief Executive Officer. A national leader in the construction industry, Eddie is past president of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and has been active on numerous committees and task forces. He was recently recognized for his noteworthy contributions to the industry as an inductee into the Alabama Construction Hall of Fame, as well as the National Academy of Construction.
