The School of Building Construction offices are located in the John and Joyce Caddell Building. Adjacent to the East and West Architecture buildings (which house the College of Design and fellow schools of Architecture, Industrial Design, and City & Regional Planning) the School of Building Construction is located in the center of Georgia Tech campus.

Facilities In This Location
The main "flex space" area of the John and Joyce Caddell Building is a digital collaboration space with reconfigurable classrooms, virtual modeling software and interactive display technology.

A parking deck, attached to the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, offers easy and convenient parking. It's accessible from Spring Street, and hourly rates are from $1.50 (for less than an hour) to Parking at Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center
